Palm Drive Health Care District through Sonoma Specialty Hospital serves the approximately 50,000 people who live in western Sonoma County, including the communities of Sebastopol, Graton, Forestville, Bodega Bay, Carmet, Salmon Creek, Jenner, Duncan’s Mills, Guerneville, Occidental, Freestone, Rio Nido, Monte Rio, Guernewood Park, Summerhome and Mirabel Park.


ANSWERING THE CALL FOR HEALTHCARE  

Formed in 2000, the district serves residents throughout western Sonoma County, including, Graton, Bodega, Sebastopol, Bodega Bay, Occidental and Freestone. Managed by a publicly elected Board of Directors, Palm Drive Health Care District (PDHCD) has been empowered by the State Legislature to provide a wide range of community-based health services.

Get Involved:

Board meetings, which take place the first Monday of each month at 5:30 PM, are open to the public, and often conducted in the conference room at Sonoma Specialty Hospital. *Governing Body meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month.
